These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By accessing or ordering from the website, you agree to these Terms.

1) About ElectroSource

ElectroSource Private Limited supplies electronic components primarily on an import-on-order basis. We support procurement in India with INR billing and GST invoices.

2) Orders & Procurement Model
  • Most items are sourced against confirmed orders.
  • After order confirmation, typical flow is: Order Placed → Import → Customs Clearance → Received at Nashik → Dispatch
  • Typical delivery timeline is 12–15 working days from order confirmation, subject to supplier availability, logistics movement, and customs processing.
3) Pricing & Payments
  • Prices are displayed in INR. 
  • Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown before checkout. 
  • Payment must be completed to confirm an order. 
4) Dispatch & Delivery
  • Orders are dispatched after the imported material is received in India.
  • Dispatch is from Nashik, Maharashtra. 
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier and external factors. 
5) NCNR Policy (Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable)

Because most items are imported against confirmed orders:

  • All confirmed orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR).
  • Once we place the order with the manufacturer/supplier, it cannot be canceled or returned.
    Please confirm MPN, quantity, and requirement before ordering. 
6) Wrong Item / Transit Damage

If you receive a wrong item or physical transit damage, you must report it immediately after delivery with photos of packaging/labels and product condition. We will review and guide next steps as per verification and courier process.

7) No Substitutes Without Approval

ElectroSource does not ship substitutes without your approval. If alternates are required, we will contact you before proceeding.

8) Product Use & Responsibility

Electronic components must be used with proper handling, ESD precautions, and correct circuit design. ElectroSource is not responsible for damage arising from incorrect use, wiring, misuse, modification, or operation outside specified ratings.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElectroSource will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses (project delays, loss of profits, etc.) arising from use of products or delays outside our control.

10) Intellectual Property

Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by ElectroSource or used under license and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to appropriate jurisdiction as per applicable law.
